How it works

From inquiry to archive, in one place.

01Approved

A new commission comes in. Log the brief, timeline, budget, references, and files in one place before production starts.

02In Production

Share a private, password-protected project page with your client. They see what you want them to see: status, notes, images. No back-and-forth.

03Cost Breakdown

Enter materials, time, and expenses. Eccolo calculates your margin and generates a quote. Know what a project is worth before you commit.

04Invoice Paid

Send your client a payment link directly from the project page. They pay in one click via Stripe — deposit or balance, your call.

05Completed

The full project record is stored and searchable. Costs, client details, files, and timeline, all in one place.

Why I built Eccolo

I've been making ceramics for over 10 years, and my way of tracking commissions, wholesale orders, or small specialty projects was to write it on a whiteboard, "flag" an ever-growing email chain, or reluctantly create a mind-numbing Excel spreadsheet. I tried some project management software, but everything felt like it was built for big corporate teams. I dreamt of having the budget to hire a studio manager who could tell me what was due, what needed to be made, where I was in the project timeline.

I made Eccolo to be this dream studio manager. It's simple, it's organized, and it eliminates searching through long email chains for photos, invoices, POs, or anything else a project needs. Every detail is stored, safe, and visible to me and sharable with the client. I can send a payment link and get paid without chasing anyone down by email. I log on with my coffee in the morning and immediately have a clear view of everything I'm working on. And then I get to close the laptop and go to the studio.

Eccolo is the studio management tool I wish had existed when I started — and I built it so other makers don’t have to figure it out with spreadsheets and email chains.
