Acceptable Use Policy

By using Eccolo, you agree not to:
1. Upload or share unlawful content
Including content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or that infringes on any intellectual property rights.
2. Harass or harm others
Including using client portals to harass clients or share personal information about third parties without consent.
3. Impersonate others
Including misrepresenting your identity or affiliation in your studio name or communications.
4. Circumvent security
Including attempting to access other users' accounts or portals, reverse engineering the platform, or interfering with the Service's operation.
5. Abuse the platform
Including using automated tools to scrape or stress-test the platform, reselling access, or using the platform in a way that degrades service for other users.
6. Use the platform for illegal purposes
Including fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable law.
Consequences
Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account, without refund. We may report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
